The management and board of the Oyo State Anti-Corruption Agency (OYACA) organized a day induction training programme for the new staffs of the agency. The induction programme was aimed at making the new staffs’  understand the laws guiding the establishment of the agency, the description of the agency’s mission and goals, how to effectively communicate in the civil service, work ethics including attitude in civil service, and handling confidentiality in work place. In her speech, the chairman of the agency, Hon. Justice Eni Esan (Rtd.) urged the new staffs to imbibe the spirit of hard work so that the purposes for which the agency was established will be achieved.
