Hon. Justice Eni Esan (Rtd)
Hon. Justice Eni Esan (Rtd) was appointed and sworn in by his Excellency Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde as the Chairman of OYACA on the 22nd of December 2020.
She is the pioneer head of OYACA and the first female to be so appointed.
Hon. Justice Eni Esan attended the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus from 1974 to 1978 Where she obtained her LLB (Hons) Degree. Thereafter, she attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1979.
She started her legal career in the Ministry of Justice, Secretariat, Ibadan as a state counsel in 1981. She crossed over to the Oyo State Judiciary in 1989 as a Senior Magistrate. She rose through the ranks to become the Chief Registrar of the High Court and was elevated to the high court bench as a judge of that court in July 2001.
She served in that capacity for 17 years before she was appointed as the President Oyo State Customary Court of Appeal. The appointment was significant as she was the first woman to occupy that position. She headed that court until her retirement in January 2020.
While in the service of the judiciary of Oyo Sate, she attended several workshops, refreshers courses, seminars and conferences both nationally and internationally.
As a thorough bred jurat, Hon, Justice Esan served in various election petition tribunals and election appeal tribunals, including the Gubernatorial and National Assembly Election Petition Tribunals in Kaduna and Cross River States respectively.
She is a member of several professional bodies which include Commonwealth Judges and Magistrates Association, the International as well as the National Association of Women Judges.
She is a fellow Of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICARB) and also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
She is a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
She is married with children and grandchildren.

Ibrahim Oyemonla Tijani
Ibrahim Oyemonla Tijani Esq. attended his Primary School Certificate from Local Authority School. Olele, Okeho (1977) and completed his secondary education at Awoyemi Commercial High School, Okeho (1983). He earned his NCE from then Oyo State College of Education, Ilesa (1987). He taught at Community Grammar School, Ilua, Kajola Local Government (1988) under the Oyo State Voluntary Teaching Scheme, otherwise known as Olurin Service.
He worked briefly as Registration Assistant with the National Population Commission in Okeho 1989 before proceeding to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife where he obtained his LL.B (Hons.) Degree (1996). He was called the Nigerian Bar (1999) and later earned his LL.M from the same university in 2004.
He joined the Oyo State Ministry of Justice in March, 2000 and rose to the position of Director. Over the years, he has represented the State in several landmark cases and contributed to the key legal reforms. Notably, he served as counsel to the Judicial Commission of Inquiry on Demolition of Properties for Environmental and Town Planning Regulation Violation in Oyo State (2014).
He is widely respected for his professionalism, deep understanding of law and commitment to Public Service.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) 2008 as well as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN).

FOLASADE OLUBUKOLA AJIBADE
Folasade attended Yejide Girls’ Grammar School Molete, Ibadan and St Annes School, Molete Ibadan for her Secondary O’ level and A’ level School certificates respectively.
Thereafter, she proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife,Osun State and bagged BA Education/Language Arts in 1989.
She obtained her MA degree in Communication and Language Arts from University of Ibadan in the year 2002. In the year 2000, she went for her Professional Training in Broadcasting Journalism in Deutsche Welle Radio Training Centre in Cologne,Germany.
She joined the Civil Service of Oyo State in 1991 as Producer 11 in the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) where she rose through the ranks to the Post of Deputy Director before she was transferred to Council for Arts and Culture under the Ministry of Information as the Acting Director, Public Enlightenment and Marketing in year 2018.
In 2020,she was transferred to the Agency for Youth Development under the Ministry of Youths and Sports as the Director of Youth Empowerment and later Director of Youth Guidance and Counselling in the same Agency.
Folasade is a member of both Nigerian Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ)and Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Oyo State Chapters.
She is a Senior fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA). A Substantive Director in the Civil Service of Oyo State.
In January, 2021 she was transferred to Oyo State Anti Corruption Agency(OYACA) as the Director of information and communication Technology where she serves till date.
She is a Christian, a Pastor in CHRIST Life Church, International.

Wasiu A. Alimi
Wasiu A. ALIMI joined the Civil Service of Oyo State in December 2010. He started his career as Administrative Officer II at Establishment Services Directorate of the Ministry of Establishment & Training and later posted to the Ministry of Budget & Economic Planning as Budget Officer, the position he held to handle the preparation of Oyo State Government Budget.
He later served at Cabinet department, Office of the Executive Governor for years before he was posted to the Ministry of Education as Deputy Director (Admin. & Supplies).
He is among the pioneer staff of Oyo State Anti–Corruption Agency (OYACA) where he served as Deputy Director (Admin. & Supplies) and later rose to the position of Director of Administration in the Agency.
Among other Ad-hoc assignments given to him, he is a Procurement Officer of a World Bank Assisted Project, Oyo State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (Oyo RAAMP) where he developed himself and become procurement expert.
Wasiu A. ALIMI had B.Sc. Economics in 2005, Masters of Science in Economics 2011 from University of Ibadan and also belongs to a number of professional bodies which include among others; Member, Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria, Member, Institute of Economist of Nigeria, Member, Association of Procurement Officers.

Azeez Tajudeen Akindele
Azeez Tajudeen Akindele was born in 1974. He attended Baptist Primary School, Oge, Saki between 1981 to 1987. He secured admission to Asabari Grammar School and bagged his O’ level Certificate in 1993.
In pursuant of his academic career, he also gained admission to The Polytechnic Ibadan to study Accountancy at and obtained National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in accountancy in the year 1997 and 2021 respectively. He joined the Civil Service of Oyo State Government in 2003.
In determination to be more relevant in Accounting Profession, he enrolled for the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (ICAN) professional examination and qualified as Associate Chartered Accountant in the year 2010 and thereafter enrolled for Bachelor Science in Accounting and bagged his first degree in Accounting in 2017 from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
He is presently The Director of Finance and Account of the Agency.
